Founded in 1950, the Coast Citrus Distributors group today brings together several entities and processes a high volume of orders every day. A large share already flows through EDI, connected to their Produce Pro ERP.
Most of our customers order through EDI, but we still receive a lot of orders by email that have to be keyed in by hand.
To automate orders received by email, fax, SMS or WhatsApp, Coast Tropical rolled out Magic Orders in 2022. The tool automatically recognises the products ordered, applies delivery terms and pushes the information straight into Produce Pro.
A dozen Coast customers already use Magic Orders, and the list grows every month. The time saved lets the teams refocus on what matters most: growing the business.
